How you have to apply
Now let us see what are the steps to get a perfect lipstick according to your favorite lipstick.
First of all, you have to moisturize your lips with a lip balm. It’s not a compulsory part of lipstick makeup but it can make your lips soft supple and healthy. Applying lip balm before lipstick shade may help stay it longer and protects from bleeding as well.
If you are a bit worried about any discoloration of lip tone, then you have to create a base to stay lipstick for longer. Make sure that your lipstick doesn’t sink into your lips. Take a concealer shade that matches your lipstick shade, and then dab it using a brush and a little bit compact powder as well. It also helps lipstick shade to stay longer.
Now its the most important step where you have to define your lips using eyeliner. Use a good lip liner to define and reshape your lips. Apply it from one corner of your lips to the other corner creating the shape of X. Eyeliner needs perfection at the outer lines because lipstick shade can hide the inside lines.
Now take your favorite lipstick shade and apply it evenly on your lips using a lip brush. Make sure to apply it within the corner of your lined lips. You can coat it twice but the best coat is sufficient to intensify your lips. If you have dry lips, try to avoid Matte colors, as they can make your lips dry further.
Lastly, you have to apply a small concealer brush at the edges to correct the shape of your lipstick. You can skip it, but it’ll give an awesome shape to your lipstick shade.
